From London

KISS did a full day of press in London today promoting the release of our new single "Hell Or Hallelujah" from our forthcoming album Monster. Interestingly, the interviews took place at Ringo Starr's famed 1960s London flat, 34 Montagu Square. In 1966 Paul McCartney used it as a demo studio composing Beatles classics like "I'm Looking Through You" and "Eleanor Rigby." Jimi Hendrix wrote "The Wind Cries Mary" when he lived there for three months in 1968 and John Lennon and Yoko Ono lived in the flat in 1968 when the Beatles were recording the White Album. The notorious nude cover photos of Lennon and Ono's Two Virgins album were taken in the upstairs bedroom. So much history and rock & roll lore has taken place in the hallowed halls of 34 Montagu Square, it's amazing. If only these walls could talk!
